Cancellation and rescheduling policy

For coaching services provided by Unloq Advisory Pty Ltd ABN 30 690 971 254.

Standard Unloq Sessions programs

These policies apply to all Unloq Sessions programs except custom coaching programs and Unloq Sessions for Business.

Appointment confirmation

We will electronically prompt you to confirm your session time one business day prior. If we don’t receive timely confirmation, your appointment slot may be given to someone else.

Cancellation

Before Session 1

You may cancel your program for free anytime before Session 1 starts. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible, so someone else can use your time slot. 

If you would like to start your program on another date, see Rescheduling below.

After Session 1

Cancel anytime before Session 2 to receive a 35% refund of your total program fee. Any deposit paid to hold a meeting space will not be refunded. 

No refund will apply after Session 2, unless you wish to make a claim under our Satisfaction Guarantee

Rescheduling

Reschedule for free anytime before your session starts.

For clients who reschedule more than once, a $150 refundable deposit may be payable prior to re-booking. The deposit will be applied to your program fee. 

Deposits to hold meeting spaces are non-refundable

If you elect to reschedule or cancel an in-person booking, we will not refund any deposit you have paid to reserve a meeting space. 

Late arrivals

Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late and: 

  • Notify us of the delay before you arrive, it will be regarded as a mandatory Reschedule. 

  • Do not notify us of the delay before you arrive, it will be regarded as a No-show.

 

We will not keep you waiting. If we arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will have the option to cancel with full refund, reschedule or proceed. If you choose to proceed, you will receive a 5% discount on your program fee.

If Unloq must reschedule or cancel

If we must reschedule or cancel, and you do not wish to rebook, Unloq will refund all fees paid, including any deposits, whether or not those deposits were considered refundable at the time they were paid. No other remedy will be offered. 

No-shows 

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, you may be charged a $100 cancellation fee and/or denied future booking, at our sole discretion. 

Custom coaching programs 

The following applies to coaching sessions arranged outside of a standard Unloq Sessions program.

We will communicate any specific payment, rescheduling, lateness and cancellation policies at the time your custom program is agreed between you and Unloq. Unless we advise otherwise, these policies will apply:

  • We will electronically prompt you to confirm your session time one business day prior. If we don’t receive timely confirmation, your appointment time slot may be given to someone else.

  • You must provide at least one (1) business day’s notice before cancelling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid a $100 cancellation fee.

  • Fees for each session are payable in full at the end of the session. 

  • Deposits paid to reserve a meeting space will not be refunded if you cancel or reschedule.
